noticed a price drop on this Samsung BET-H TV. I know this is aimed at business/store use as a form of signage, but how would it be for home use? Just mainly watching tv shows, no gaming, not much sport. I use an Apple TV so am not too bothered about the software. I’m looking for a 43 inch TV at this price point and am wondering if this will be suitable.

If you’re still interested, I bought it and am very happy with it. Picture and sound are excellent. Also has a 3 year warranty. I am upgrading from a budget 2012 model 32” 720p tv, so I am not hard to please, but I think it looks really good

The longer warranty is certainly something to be appreciated. In my mind, a commercial unit would probably also be designed to be at peak brightness for lot of operating life. If that guess is correct then that might also be a benefit to it's longevity and picture quality.
This will be useful for anyone going to shop for a TV unit in the future.
I'll share one thing a TV salesperson told me regarding picture quality… He told me, the best picture quality you'll see is the unit that you actually buy and watch in your place. Pretty spot on, I think. None of us will be doing side by side comparisons when we're doing general viewing.
TBH, I've never thought of that. Interesting. I'm following this thread to hear what others think too.
