Bought $25 CineVoucher using Discovery Voucher but I can't work out how to redeem it on Hoyts!? The CineVoucher option doesn't come up anywhere at check out. It's not a gift card because a gift card is all numbers. The CineVoucher is a combination of numbers and letters. So confused has anyone done it?

The redeem voucher option is at the stage where you select number of tickets but it’s not visible

I've still got a couple of Hoyts e-vouchers I got via the now expired NSW Dine & Discover program. The expiry date on the vouchers themselves is not until 2025.
They state they are an 'unrestricted e-voucher' and redeemable for 2 adult general admission tickets. There are extra fees for 3D movies.
When I go online to make a purchase, I enter the voucher details in the 'Redeem Voucher' section. It's accepted but nothing is being deducted from the total. I can't figure out why, and all my attempts at contacting Hoyts this afternoon have failed.
Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is there a trick or step I have missed along the way.
It will give you a ticket option of a free ticket, you simply select that one
No such option appears.
I've tried while logged in as a guest as well as logged into my Hoyts account.
