Warranty Claim with Google Store...How?

Anyone know how I can contact Google over my Google TV with chromecast not working anymore, but I can't find anything on the Google store as to how to lodge a claim, and clicking Repairs takes you to the Nest pages

    I just got in touch with them via the Google home app. Go to settings, click the 3dot menu symbol, select Chromecast, contact us and request a call back. I got a call back within a minute and got my Nest wifi replaced within a week.

    If you use chrome and have the browser logged in, if you just search Contact Google it will take you to the right place. Recently do the same, contact them via chat. One thing to note though, they use Toll to pickup item, and it's overseas, apart from lots of documents to do, the driver in my own experience come after 7-10 days( it was 2 returns). Painful. If they have alternate such as lodging yourself to Auspost it's a lot better option.

        • New out of the box and software fails to update. Tried everything but it seems to be a common problem and the only fix is to return it.
