Kogan Washing Machine Return - Asking to Be Packed in Original Packaging or Box from Bunnings

Hey all, I bought a Kogan washer dryer which has broken after 2 months of use.

They are offering us store credit, which is fine.

They are asking us to supply the original packaging for the product- or buy a box from bunnings, Isn't this their responsibility since it is a faulty unit?

Cheers

You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to get a refund.

You 'may' have to box the machine up though. Kogan should pay for it though.

    Good old Google.

  • Kogan sent me a TV box to return my TV. It added 2 weeks to the return process but they did it.

    Take a refund…

    • Yep taking the refund. Cheers for the advice

They should give you payment back in the manner in which you paid, not store credit.
