I Accidentally Activated My Free Amazon Prime Trial - What Should I Get?

The title pretty sums everything up. Goofy self accidentally clicked proceed with Amazon Prime as opposed to proceed normally and it activated my free trial of Amazon Prime. Looking for suggestions on what to get and how to make the most out of this trial. The idea of next day delivery and free delivery with no minimum spend it very attractive though, maybe I'll become a primer after this trial - who knows?

How do you make the most out of your Amazon Prime? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

How do you make the most out of your Amazon Prime?

Free shipping for orders <$39 (mostly grocery items) and international free shipping >$49. And free games @ Prime Gaming.

@OP There's some free games you can claim right now btw, such as Battlefield 4 as mentioned above https://gaming.amazon.com/home

Very cool thank you, that's handy. Love the Halo 2 profile pic btw, brings back plenty of good memories

    • So are you saying you get free shipping only if you spend over $39?

I did like the OP and accidentally activated the free trial (I'm sure I didn't have it ticked) when I made a purchase.

However I just did a test and put some ginger beer in my cart for $13.50 and it seems to not want to charge delivery even though it is not $39?

      • No I'm saying you get free shipping on orders under $39 (non-Prime members need to spend $39 or more to get free shipping on their order). < = less than

        • Oh thank you for clarifying that! :)

  • Ha ha, I’m in the same situation. It happened last month while buying an item that had free shipping anyway. I rarely buy from Amazon, I’ve had a free month before (to save $70 shipping on one item), and haven’t found anything I want to watch on Prime (though haven’t looked very hard). I might leave it on for the Amazon sale, just in case.

Yeah same - I have this funny feeling they 'tricked' it into activating? I'm almost certain I was careful in not signing up for Prime, but next thing I get an email saying "Welcome to your trial" and I was like WTF?

Nice to see that we're all in the same boat haha. A little cheeky of them to disguise the activation so well.
