Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots and slippers hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

    Whenever I tried to buy an item online, throwing error "Enter a valid phone number" even though I entered my active mobile number. Previously I lodged the issue online, but no response so far. Anyone has similar issue? Marketing Rep, can you comment on it?

      I tried with Chrome , Firefox and IE browsers and getting the same error. Also I created an account with UGG also, which is not helping. Why the phone number is mandatory for ordering? Sorry guys to find a resolution through this forum.

    The customer service from these guys is absolutely shocking - obviously operating purely on new sales, sizes are too small so offer a return then just leave you hanging waiting on an exchange. AVOID!!!!!!

    Received today.
    Excellent quality and size was perfect.
    The shipping and communication was good.
    So all together, I have only good things to say about this seller and the product.
    Just thought you would like to know after reading some of the comments above.
