Been in transit since 6th according to tracking - not going to Tristan Da Cunha, but sunny Melbourne..

Today I get

Are they usually slow to deliver?
"Feedback" on evilbay shows they seem usually good.. am I just unlucky?

    Is the tracking with delivery company or CA themselves?

    You're in Melb and the lockdown is causing longer than normal delivery times once it's left the retailer.

    I've had a couple of products sit with auspost for 7+ days.

    Also on the date your ordered it, were you even allowed to walk up the road to 3 other stores?

        IMO CA has already done their work. They shipped the product in a timely manner, noticed auspost hadn't delivered and offered you $5 off your next purchase. That's above and beyond what I'd have done as a retailer. Most will direct you to contact auspost as they are the ones who haven't delivered your product.
