Hi, i just ordered on the phone with tgg, got an sms with link leads to order page with payment options.
I forgot to ask the person i spoke on the phone, but does anyone know how long they hold the sms order without payment?
I am just waiting for the suncorp giftcards to come through which might take 48hrs.
But the salesperson will think I'm silly and talk about me with the other staff if I call back to ask another question. 😱

Once you've placed an online order it sits in the store's order list until paid and/or collected. No rush.
I price matched online and collected from the store a week later; no issues at all. The store will call you directly if they're not sure if you're still coming after a week or so or you're otherwise delayed picking up your order.

haha, luckily Suncorp giftcards came through not long after, paid this pm, so not too bad.
just a quick note about suncorp giftcards in case someone is searching for this, you don't need to wait for 48hrs as the app says, add any suncorp product on the app (I used my gio ctp and worked), close the app, log into suncorp with your web browser, go to suncorp benefit, and voila, you can start purchasing gift cards straightaway, no need to wait 48hrs.
How hard is just ring them up and ask ?
