    No thanks.

1024x768 is normal for plasmas. Good for watching tv, xbox, dvd etc. Not so good for blu rays or as a pc monitor.

    Holy terrible resolution Batman!

upto 55" there isnt a great deal of difference between standard and full definition, but 1024*768 is a bad ratio, 4:3? thats a PC monitor from the 90s!

Just FYI: They are rectangular pixels to make the 4:3 pixel count meet the 16:9 aspect ratio, for interests sake..

The bit about up to 55" not making a great deal of difference between standard (enhanced) and Full (High) definition is a bit misleading though. Depends on many factors including how far away, and each viewers eyesight.

sorry should have added from "normal" viewing distance for that size TV… i thought it was important and was out to prove a rep wrong… but apparantly not from all the reading that i did, any plasma under 55 and LCD under 32 doesnt really benifit from FULL HD…

        rectangle pixles suck!
        - not true 16/9
