Was wondering what the cheapest monthly or one-off sim plan is that has unlimited call and text functionality
Amount of data is no relevance to me

If you want to stay away from the Optus lot, then Tangerine is $10p/m (Telstra) for unlimited sms and calls (+1gb).
That's what I'm using to maintain my personal no, whilst using work sim for data (I'm guessing similar use case for yourself)
