Ethiopia Sidamo
Notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single origin.

Uganda Drugar
Rustic fruit, boozy raisins, and cocoa with low acidity and full body. Suitable for all coffee applications, especially dark as it has a sweet chocolate flavour profile with a rich texture.

We are in pursuit of the finest coffee beans. Our process ensures only the best quality, Specialty Grade coffee is selected. Freshness is key. We roast in small batches to control all stages of the roasting process ensuring a consistent cup. We ship each order within 48 hours of roasting to bring you the freshest coffee possible.

    We roast only after you place your order, so you will receive very fresh coffee beans. We print the roast date on our packaging. :)

    Roasted medium, both beans are suitable for pourover as we omni roast. Both Ethiopia and Uganda beans are versatile for many brewing applications, produce a delicious espresso and a complex cold brew.
