      With Amazon I found out this week that cancelling your order is the quickest way to get it shipped. 3 from 3 failed cancellations that shipped up to 24 hours later. One of which I cancelled within minutes of ordering, 6 hours later shipped notification.
      Customer service no help, the Amazon machine is too efficient.
