or do you mean they're tricking us ?

      • Notice how there is no information about it? HTC is just stirring up excitement, it's a tease with no date other than "stay tuned". When the time comes, they will probably say something like "run in a store, sign up on a $89pm contract, and pay only $4 for the phone!"

  • Seems likely!
Or as some others say, +$4/month of voda hahahaha

  • Not fake. $4 outright, no contracts, right there (if you're first.)

    • argh… i much rather prefer the wait-overnight Samsung Galaxy 2 giveaway, at least that was guaranteed.

  • It's actually a competition like the last $2 SGS2 but this time you don't line up but it's more like a race/hunt for the person.

  • I scored one of the $2 S2's, might be time to palm it off to the misses and go for a $4 4G phone.

I'm only doing the Sydney one because I work in the city (and I have a mufti uniform). Chances of people winning it would be far slimmer than the much better S2 competition.

You would think your chances are 100 times higher of winning in Gosford though (if not higher). No stingy uni students, the CBD is a million times smaller, and a lot of people wouldn't be arsed driving 1 hour north of Sydney (when they are probably willing to travel just as long in traffic into Sydney CBD ironically)

  • Why did NSW get 3 sites? Damn !!!
