Wonder how these compare too the Galaxy Buds Live *which I've been very happy with) anyone try both and can compare or need to go one model up too match the Buds live
I have both (pre-order gifts) and I don't mean to be rude but the Buds Plus are superior in couple critical areas: much longer battery life (iirc twice as much), more natural sounding (the Buds Live overemphasize a lot) probably due to Buds Plus having dual-driver design, and a much better seal (personal opinion). The only thing the Buds Live have that justifies its premium is ANC. Personally I prefer the better seal of the Buds Plus though. Wife has moved on to AirPods Pro and unfortunately the Buds Live are just collecting dust now.
Buds Live ANC personally I reckon isn't that great compared too my Sony set mainly too do with the design were it doesn't seal as traditional buds but saying that I do love the design were they fit right into the ear almost flat enough too sleep on, ANC I guess works if you pump up the volume, battery life is great slso on the live for the size they are and sound quality is up there with my Sony buds, interesting your comments about the Buds Plus especially since there cheaper then the live do might have too try a pair, certainly one important thing I live about Samsung buds in general the software app integration with Samsung phones, my 2 cents 👍😁

Anyone knows much about warranty issues with Microsoft Ebay store? If there is an issue with the buds, can I take back to Samsung Au store to repair or do I need to post back to Microsoft Ebay?
Fairly sure it's Australian stock so the Samsung AU store is fine.

How are people finding theirs?
I'm finding that I'm getting alot of outside noise coming in. This means I need to turn the volume up, which is something I don't want to do.
I find my jaybird x3 and x4 are better at passive noise reduction.
I also have ambient noise off. Why would people want this on?
