eFriend is operated by Independent Community Living Australia, & is, 'a FREE service that allows people who are feeling low, lonely or isolated to virtually connect with peer workers who can offer insight, advice or empathise from their own lived experience.'
I've had several sessions with one of their peer workers now, & I've found it a really helpful service - my peer worker is lovely, & our chats have really raised my spirits when I've been feeling pretty low… I hope others can similarly benefit, if they're feeling down too.
