Speck Presidio Case for iPhone 12 Mini from $10 + Shipping / CC @ JB Hi-Fi

140

Grabbed an iPhone 12 Mini from Officeworks recently and after getting it out of the box deemed it necessary to grab a case. Looked online and most seem to range from $30-80 which I find a bit OTT so I popped into JB on foot to try my luck and found this randomly on the shelf.

Fit and finish is tight - pretty unassuming look which is nice apart from the white star on the back. Doesn't add much bulk and has a raised rim around the glass so can be rested face down without touching anything.

For $10 I couldn't pass it up. Cheapest I could find elsewhere was $24.95.

Has decent reviews to boot.

Edit: Seems there are a few others for $10 too

Just checked those - this is more of a hard plastic soft-touch finish case rather than silicon only.

  • Did you pick up a screen protector from Kmart for a buck?

    • I did not no…

not a big price difference and the spigen are pretty decent dual-layer

funny how my last iphone was a 4

this 12 mini doesn't feel that different in weight, form factor, thickness, anything….

Button on these cases is a bit stiff, and really feels cheap and hard to operate even though speck is a high quality brand. tactile buttons really change the experience.
