Asked the Hue account on Twitter just the other day. They said there's currently no plans to release them but will add it to their suggestions. I wouldn't hold my breath :/
This comment from the Aussie Hue rep on Whirlpool indicates that colour down lights should be making their way to Australia around September this year..

Order online - try click and collect. I believe it'll be difficult to find a store with stock. But you can try your luck, I still see couple of store in Vic where its available.
Yes. Have a look at the screen shot. I rang my local store asked them to do a phone sale and they sent me a text with a cart link and you can pay from there. I also asked if I could have free shipping. They adjusted the price of the lights and removed $7 which was the shipping cost.

You can pick whatever dimmable downlights you want to use, if you dont want to pay this premium price for the whole Hue ecosystem.
But, you have to run neutrals to each of your light switches and it can be costly as well.
Flashable to tasmota/esphome if you want to skip the cloud. Although I heard these dimmer switches have a bit of a hum which could get annoying.
This like a good option. Do you have any more information about how to do this? I'm interested in switching some downlights and these are pretty expensive

I believe the dimmer switch uses a different chip though, so I don't think it can be flashed to ESPHome. you could always use a 3 gang switch, flash to esphome, and use 1 button for toggle on/off and the other 2 buttons to send dim or brighten commands via home assistant to either smart downlights or an inline dimmer like the Nue one.
