Is it under warranty or Product care?
Have you done a deep clean, as this might help prime the ink.
Also, did you Reset the Ink level. EG This is for the ET2720 Look up Refilling Ink/Refilling the Ink Tank. This will most likely vary from model to model, so it's best to look for your model.
