$350- $400 Android Best Selfie Camera for Video?

I'm looking for a new Android phone, and something I use a lot is the selfie camera for video recordings. (Upgrading from an old Android).

There seems to be quite a few deals around the $350-$400 price range, around EOFY, but I'm not experienced enough with brands and models to understand which is the best deal, if selfie camera is the most important metric. Could anyone please give suggestions?

    Pro tip; you'll nearly always get better camera quality if you use the rear camera, not the front. The front camera isn't the main camera, the rear is.
