10,000 Points off 25,000 Point Spend @ Qantas Wine (Points Club Membership Required)

120

Points Club members - check your email to see if you received an email with a unique code for 10,000 Points off 25,000 Point spend at Qantas Wines.

Normally I wouldn't see much value at Qantas Wines, but this voucher stacks with other promos which makes it not too bad if you can find something around the 25,000 Point mark.

Eg. I picked up the following for 15,000 Points
The Qantas Centenary Dozen

Was: 52,200 Points
On Sale for: 25,000 Points
With points club voucher: 15,000 Points (incl delivery.)

Good deal, picked up the same case OP did.

Qantas ain't going to get me to burn my hard earned points that easily.
Although i feel another round of depreciation is going to hit after covid from all the credit card churning.

    • Keep churning then, the more you have the better.

  • Reckon the Centenary Dozen is worth the 15,000 points? It’s hard to judge the quality of the wines as they’re all QANTAS exclusives…

    Was considering the following combo:

    Starward whisky (9500 points)
    https://wine.qantas.com/p/Starward-Two-Fold-Double-Grain-Aus…

    Brookies Slow Gin (8500 points)
    https://wine.qantas.com/p/Brookies-Byron-Slow-Gin-700ml-CR/S…

    Herratura tequila (12500 points)
    https://wine.qantas.com/p/Herradura-Reposado-100%25-de-Agave…

21000 points all up for around $215 worth of booze. Not the best use of points, but not the worst.

Got plenty to use due to no overseas (or even interstate travel!)

    • The slow gin is pretty bad. I struggled to drink it, and I'm not that picky.

  • How do I get targeted? Thing wants to charge me 1000 on-top just for delivery…

    • probably have to be subscribed to their marketing spam at least, that's why i missed out. d'oh!

    That is a good deal.

As Points Plus they've given me 15,000 Qantas Points off 40,000 points. Which I don't feel is as good (aka I can't just get that mixed 12 the OP did)

    • that sucks!

    • I would have liked this one (15K off 40K spend) over (10K off 25K spend);

      • What would you have gotten (so I can get it)?

        • Got 6 bottle of Aglianico (as I am a sucker for Aglianico), not even on sale, and a bottle of the Tequila, for 26K points.

Again not the best use of points but I have so many, and am meant to be in NZ at the moment, may as well.

  • Stupid question - what's a Points Club member? I have the Qantas Wine Club membership….

I also got 10,000 off 25,000 purchase; I paid 30,000 points in total (after 10K points discount) and chose this
    https://wine.qantas.com/p/Pommery-Brut-Royal-Champagne-NV-CR…

    • This is a good drop (bubble), and good use of Qantas points - real value of 1.4c per point.

Though it's not easy to go back to Pommery after having some Taittinger Comtes from previous deal on Qantas First experience packs. :)

  • What can you get for 84 points? Even if it's a packet of peanuts off the trolley!

  • Are the codes linked to your account, or can they be traded?
