    So many conditions…

Yes, whats next? If your name starts with a vowel and you part your hair to the left then you're only eligible to order before 1pm unless there is a full moon that week.

      • Full moon was on; Friday
My name qualifies; A*hole (I get called this frequently enough to be my name)

Sadly, it's after 1pm and my hair isn't / hasn't parted at all! Thank goodness… No deal for me

  • wait where does it say excludes electrical items?

    • +1

It might be included, but it's not 20%

Electrical, Electronics, PCs, Gaming, Phones, Audio, Camera, etc 0.70%

Good luck getting to the $40 cap at 0.70%!
      (just spend $5,715 on electricals)

    So many Catch ;)

    Excldues Electrical Items

Oh thank god it doesn't exclude electrical items.

    • Electrical, Electronics, PCs, Gaming, Phones, Audio, Camera, etc 0.70% cashback.

    • ok so does it exclude electrical items or not? I read the terms and couldn't find where it says it does exclude it?

Edit. Found it where electrical is excluded. But thankfully my item is not the electrical category.

  • Is cashback eligible if you order whilst you're on a 30-day club catch trial (ie. using free delivery?).

    • I would expect yes.
Are you referring to this exception "(6) Club Catch 30-day free trial for new members"?
It does seems a good idea to make a separate transaction for the club catch trial, if someone is getting the trial now.

      • yes, I was unsure about point (6)

Is there a way to tell from sites what group an item falls under?
With Amazon you can use camelx3 for example.

  • Can someone enlighten me of how cashback is calculated as the real cashback I got back is always lower than my calculation. E.g purchases of $20 + shipping $3 = $23 total paid, with 25% cashback (shipping, GST excluded) what is the cashback amount ?

    • $18.18 * 0.25?

      • Correct. $4.54

        • Yes that's my calculation but Cashreward only gave me $3.41 ! I honestly don't know how they get this sum ??!!

  • +3

Can you stack this with the $20 off $60 spend latitude pay?

    • I'm curious too

    • +1

It worked in the past, its not in their exclusion. I purchased one earlier & I got the confirmation email from cashback

    • You read my mind!

    • Can you use amex to pay off your latitude? Via BPay or other means?

      • No

    • but you can't get refund entitlements like paypal

  • +1

I'm assuming marketplace items (non-electrical) on Zip will be ok?

    • -1

I have already fired on that minus the Zip :)

  • Does anyone know if I can cancel an order with catch (like I can with Amazon) and then reorder to save on cashback?

    • was in the same situation, nope…cancelling is not an option unfortunately.

  • +2

As always, order one item at a time in case you want to make a refund. Good tip guys!

    Don't know why the neg.

  • +3

Please mention catch.com.au in the title. I thought it's 20% cashback at all sites on cashrewards.

    • +1

      Thanks for the heads-up.
It was editted afterwards by someone, as I posted it as "Catch: 20% Cashback…".
      I've changed the title now.

      • True. neil removed the Catch part from your title!

      • Should be "Catch, 20% Cashback with 20 Catches".

  • "Cashback is ineligible when store credit or gift cards are redeemed" damn, I'm never going to be able to effectively spend my $100 Catch gift card

Bought this to keep me busy during lockdown

    https://www.catch.com.au/product/lego-r-creator-expert-harle…

20% cashback on top of an already great price, works out to be $62.18

    • +3

Dont know why someone downvoted it. Maybe Amazon fans? In very rare cases, Amazon has the best price for Lego after all possible discount.

Pretty good, but there's always a catch

  • Do I get cashback if order Target’s item on Catch?

    • +1

Yes. Cashback from catch Target item just tracked for me

      • Thanks for your reply

      • Just have another question How about purchasing toys? Is that standard 20% cashback, right?

  • Catch Connect 365 Day Mobile Plan - 60GB for $89.
    Eligible for Cashback?

    • +6

      Read the (profanity) description

  • Basically no cashback.

  • im so sick of cashrewards nowdays. been using it for years fine, now nothing seems to track, im expected to go in and upload 5+ invoices now.

    • Declined my Kogan order recently

  • With so many exclusions on actually useful stuff, what are you guys buying???

  • +1

Screaming deal on White Rabbit Dark Ale White Rabbit Dark Ale 4 X 6 Pack 330ml Bottles. $43.99 plus postage (which was $10 to Sydney). Can confirm $8 back from CW making effective price for me $45.99 delivered.

Would post it as own deal but ONLY 3 LEFT and wouldn't meet posting guidelines. Wanted to order more but better to share the love.

Careful of prices, i was looking at a vitamin to buy on the 22/6 it was $ 22.99 and now its $ 29.95, take off the 20% and it still $ 23.95. :(

  • may I ask if anyone here experienced buying shoes and turned out to be fake?

    • I've bought at least 10 pairs of asics kayanos in the past and haven't had any issues. They seem legit.

  • May I also ask if Catch allows refunds? Their change of mind policy is confusing and wondering if it's just me. They say store credit or exchange, then at the bottom also mentions refunds

  • So does it apply to appliances?

  • thank you OP.

have maxxed out on the $40 cap now.

  • Stacks with latitude pay. What a deal!!!!

    • Yes agreed, with latitude pay you can get some things at a really good discount.

  • I made a mistake and hope tightarse sees this.

I ordered an item, forgot adblock was on. Cashback still tracked it but I've already made the cancellation. This 20% cashback will be rejected.

Turned adblock off. Attempt second go. Cashback tracked. Now because it's cap at $40 I can only get the difference from first go with the second go.

Yes it specifies capped at $40 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. However, it didn't specify the conditions if you were to cancel your order, what would happen?

Tightarse can you please comment on this?

    • Hi PeeDee,
I can look into this for you : )
Please PM me with your Cashrewards account email address and I will check it.
      thanks,
      minita
