Weird laptop requirements: Best Touchscreen Gaming Laptop?

I'm in a bit of a weird spot as i need a new laptop for work and want to cash in on any EOFY deals but i have weird specifications.

I need a good 13-5inch laptop that has a touchscreen but also a dedicated graphics card as i need it for the software scanning that i do. I don't mind weight etc but just need it to be relatively fast.

So far i've only found the XPS 15 and i've had a pretty bad experience with Dell XPS (its what i'm using now and it's a long story but i've needed 2 new motherboards with no fix still…)

So any suggestions would be welcome!

Edit:

Budget is around 3-4k. Just depends on what i'm getting! and i'm open to either any laptop between 13-15 inch just to clarify. Doesn't really bother me much. As you can tell portability isn't a big issue. Ideally i guess 14-15 would be better than 13

TIA

  • So what's the weird requirement? Touchscreen and dedicated graphics card are normal.

You didn't state a budget. Look into the ASUS Zephyrus line.

    • +1

      So what's the weird requirement?

      A variable sized screen…

      "I need a good 13-15inch laptop"

      • Not necessarily. The Zephyrus Duo has both 15.6" and 14.1" screens.

        • Thanks i'll look into that one.

Its funny you say that, because when i mentioned touchscreen laptop with dedicated graphics the JB hifi guy gave me a funny look and could only muster one laptop for me (which ended up being a display model and was way overpriced for what it was)

          • @maulmonk: Note Zephyrus and Zephyrus Duo are completely different product lines. The Duo is ridiculously priced because of the tech.

            • @Hybroid: So i was just looking at it, i probably wont' need the double screen and the scanner i need (for work) says no double screens. So is there an alternative with no double screen?

I forgot to mention i need an intel cpu too :(

              • @maulmonk: Yes, the normal ASUS Zephyrus. G15, G14, S17 etc…

  • I was looking for one too but decided to take another route as anything that has both touchscreen/stylus and a decent for gaming cost way more to have them both than just one, so good luck!

    • I know right! and not like there is much choice.

Sad thing is i'm not even gaming with it! just need the graphic processing power

  • Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet. The Asus ROG Flow X13.

EDIT: Just read you needed an Intel processor. This is AMD only, sorry.
