Walk into a sheridan outlet store, they Good quality towels for around $18 most of the time
Just to add to this there is/used to be? a birthday voucher that you can receive once a year. It used to be pretty good but I don't know what it's like these days. We've got enough Sheridan towels and sheets to last several lifetimes so we don't really go inside like we used to.
Doesn't hurt to join their VIP anyway as you can get better deals from time to time. Just may get a little spam from them.
Target are actually pretty damn good value with great quality depending on the line you go for.

I was recently recommended House & Home Quick Dry Towels. The bath towels are usually $10 and were on sale last month for $7 and I managed to find one to buy as that was all that was left on the shelves instore on the first day of the sale. Very impressed with the quality at this price point.
Aldi had 100% cotton towels this Saturday just past. Probably still quite a few still left if there is an Aldi near you.
