Got a notification today from the Papa Rich app that they are discontinuing the app and you cannot earn and redeem points anymore. I have 21000 points worth 3.4 Nasi Lemak's but all these points are now gone…
Not cool to give us a few hours notice. That should not be allowed. Very disappointing for a long time PR customer.

Maybe you'll get a nice gift. As per their website:
We’re saying goodbye to the PappaRich app for now!
From 30th June onwards, the PappaRich app will be discontinued, and you will no longer be able to scan your app in store to earn and redeem points.
Don’t worry, Pappa isn’t saying goodbye without leaving a special gift for all customers with active points.
Come back on the 7th July for a little treat!

Better than nothing I suppose. I ate there once and didn't rate it. Maybe we were unlucky that day or something. They have a lot of shops and they seem to get pretty busy. I remember getting a bit confused with the ordering system though.
Most of their stuff is done at the factory then shipped to store (frozen possibly)

10 points will be awarded to your account for 1 dollar spent where payment is made in a PappaRich restaurant in Australia

yes no worries over mulitple years, that's a $100 a pop and one visit a month with the family…easy…just been accumulating the points for a rainy day

i like the food at papa rich however it's somewhat inconsistent…sometimes the nasi lemak and the haianese schicken is super tender and sometimes it feels like chewing gum….

I only had enough points for a curry Puff… that got converted into a $5 voucher…
also, got an offer for a Free Roti Canai with Main dish purchase…
So what did you end up getting? I had 1800 points and got the $5 off, and a free roti. But seems everyone has that no matter the points
$75 gift voucher…nice … Hopefully no conditions around it eg. Not on weekends or must spend $100….couldn't see any conditions I the app.
Outcome is not bad.
They didn't put an expiry as to how long the app will be around for some they are killing it, use it asap in case the app shuts off soon!
They mentioned "Head to any PappaRich Australia store before November 30th, and present the gift voucher to the cashier to redeem" in their email…
but yes… always best to use it asap…
