[VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS] TP-Link KASA (KP303) Smart Wi-Fi Power Board $25 + Shipping / Pickup @ Bunnings Warehouse (Select Stores)

1571

I saw the deal at Bing was expired so I did a quick search and found that Bunnings are offering them at $25. Bought 2, then posted for everyone.

Edit: price might vary from store to store. I bought it from Springvale, VIC

Edit 2: prices have gone up for all states except Victoria

Edit3: most stores have updated pricing or are out of stock. Check in or call your nearest store to get more updated information. A post from a member in Ashfield said the price dropped from ~$45 to $25 when they scanned the item at the checkout counter.

      • In my case with individual Plugs, I plugged them into a Power Meter to see how much power they used when switch Off. 3w on avg standby which would be for the WiFi connection regardless of the appliance being turned off i.e. Power Meter is plugged into the Wall socket and then the WiFi plug plugged into it.

      • Sorry happy to stand corrected if its 3 watts, I don't know where I got 10 watts from.

        • Borg confirmed 3W for individual plugs with Power Meter, so may be you are still right, as the whole thing may add up to 10W

          • @Iwantthatbargain: Exactly my comment related to the single WiFi plugs and suspect that you might be right about the powerboards.
Perhaps somebody else can test the boards to confirm as I don't own one.

    • Might only equate to 41mA.

  • Can someone upload a receipt? It shows as $45 for me

Ashfield store has a few left in stock. Showing original price but rings up at $25. They are near the service desk at the smart camera/security section

  • Vermont South seems to have them still for $25 as of now. Couldn't find any other store with the $25 price. Too far away for me. :(

  • Just picked up one from Bunnings. A solid product, should've bought more. This will replace my old Xiaomi power strip. Now, I'm after a cheaper option of this Power Strip Desk Mount to pair with it.

  • Got the last two at JBHIFI in Brisbane Queen St.

Price matched Bunnings, hesitant at first given it was below their cost price apparently but made it work.

  • Just got refund from Minchibury store. I ordered sharp at 7pm and it was showing stock in at least 10 stores around me. The item went out of stock online around 9pm, so I must say very poor of Bunnings for failure to timely secure the stock and/or pack the order.

I am glad that I bought from Amazon!

How long did it take for people to get a notification that it is ready for collection?

    • I ordered last night at had a notification about 9:10 this morning.

  • Need some help, not sure if im missing something or it just doesn't have this feature and that's very, very sad.

I used to use arlecs grid connect smart plugin socket and i really liked the feature that i could create multiple countdown profiles. One would turn off in an hour, another hour and fifteen and so on. I'd have an icon for each of the timers and just needed to click which one i want, it would turn on the plug and it would turn off after the selected profile time elapses.

Now the problem is i can't find a way to do this with the tp link strip, i can only select 1 countdown manually, can't create profiles. Also i can make profiles that will on and off at a certain time of the day, for example turn on 2 pm, turn off 4:30pm.

    Any help? Thanks in advance.
