Tax Return Spouse Question?

My husband and I have been separated since October however we are still living in the same house.
I have received my group certificate and jobseeker single (applied April this year). So i have gone to my gov to try to do my tax return.
However it states "do i have a spouse" and to fill out the information on him?
I am confused, we are still legally married but we are separated. What do i fill out?

    Although same address, you can declare as separated part year.

      Large companies are still exempt from single touch payroll. As of this year (ending June 30 2022) they need to switch.
      My partner got a paper certificate this year.

        Even so, they were changed from being called group certificates to payment summaries a good few years ago now.

          Pretty sure they are called payment summaries since the GST was introduced. That was 21 years ago.

    The two of you should nominate a common date of separation and stick with it. It will make life simpler for admin and you need 12 months separation for a no fault divorce (IIRC).
