Grolsch Premium Pilsner Swingtop Fully Imported (12 x 450mL Stubbies) $44.99 + Freight from $4.95 @ Wine Sellers Direct

80

Grolsch have been brewing beers of real substance since we started in Grolle in 1615. The Premium Pilsner has a naturally green hop aroma, a crisp finish and a clean, confident bitterness from the combination of two Hallertau hops: Emerald and Magnum. This is joined by supporting malty flavours from both pale and specifically chosen malts.

The result is a pilsner with depth of taste, that naturally appeals to a more developed palette. The Grolsch Premium Pilsner aims to deliver you a drinking experience that is both refreshing and substantial.

The Grolsch Premium Pilsner is a fully imported beer with a medium golden hue. A crisp, malty pilsner with depth of flavour that appeals to a developed palette with aromas of green hop.

$45 for twelve beers? Don't think you're on the right website bruh.

    • +4

Doesn't matter how expensive they are, as long as they are cheaper than usual. Which these are. If a new car came out for $5k you wouldn't say that was too expensive.

    • Most cases are 330ml bottles or cans. Sometimes less.

Go to any liquor outlet and buy some flashy colourful cans and you’ll be paying $25+ for a six pack of average tasting beer.

Two and a half months away… yep.

Short dated not grounds for a neg vote.

    • good pointing it out as often it is overlooked especially on specials involving such orders.

    • +3

Rep has put that in the description, so not sure how that’s worthy of a neg

I might put a deposit down on a house with the savings I'll have from this purchase.

The only beer you can properly pronounce after you drink the whole case.

    (unless you're dutch ;) )

  • Great bottlecaps for putting on your shoes like it's the 1980s!

  • wait a month, it will be $30

what's here is very average saving on a short dated product

but yea, i dont mind this beer at all

  • Standard Dan Murphy's price is $54 (0.4% CB) where pickup is easy. Shipping kills the deal for a lot of places. $4 isn't a great saving for others…

    • +1

Those needing it shipped will likely see our freight as reasonable (especially regional areas that don't have access), along with the other great priced product we offer.

Also, some people like supporting family owned independent business to ensure the big guys are kept in check and have competition. We do what we can to keep up the fight all for consumers benefit long term and we thank those that support us in doing that. :)

    • +1

Yes and on a quick calc Dans is $6.81 (or $7.15 in NSW) a litre, this deal is $8.33 a litre plus postage. May be worth it if you really like swing tops (great for homebrew) - and to support small business of course.. :-)..

  • Still not cheap enough even now it’s past the best before date!
