Ok I ordered something last week, the total was $18 and delivery was free. I could pay extra for expedited shipping but didn’t.

They are two different things, with two different "memberships".

@John Stone: I was sure I knew my bonds password that was being ejected at bondsoutlet. Now I have two different bonds passwords. Stupid password requirements; length, upper/lowercase, numbers & special characters
