As announced during State of Play, Hunter's Arena: Legends will be the PS5 game for August.

  Don't normally comment on 'free' games as I get that PS+ games can offer everyone something different but I'm really surprised Sony went with this.

  The YouTube videos alone over the last year for the PC early access have been brutal.

  This is like some bad mobile game advertisement come to life.

  I'm 'PS+ positive' under normal circumstances, but 3 months in a row where ~50% of the offer is functionally multiplayer only (Op: Tango, CODBLOPS4, and now this thing) does invoke some grouchiness.

  FWIW, I'm not whinging about this happening sometimes, as it always has over the years. It's the fact that it's almost starting to look like the norm. People who don't really do much multiplayer gaming are beginning to be shown the shorter end of the stick.
