    Does anyone here know how to get wok hei?

    I've got this insane wok burner + seasoned wok but still only get a very little wok hei flavor at the high temp.

    Any help would be appreciated! :)

      Where you getting your gas from? Pipe or Bottled? It's all about the heat you can pump into the wok per minute enough to semi-burn something to create the smokey aroma of Wok Hei.

  I had that muffin book, not worth getting even it's free.I hate having baking recipe in cup instead of gram, cup is not a precise measurement and often produce inconsistent results.
