On the FAQ on their website it says you can call them or message them on FB to find a store with stock.

Messaged them on Facebook for 5 days no response
Same here. They came back a week later and said to call a 1800 number. They took my details and promised to email when they restock the cookware. I’m not holding my breath considering the page says it should be instant response on Facebook messenger.
I noticed that your in Sydney, so can see that lockdown is likely to affect you. Normally I'd say ring around stores near where you live, but this could potentially mean going further than your 10km limit. It may still be worthwhile ringing to ask if they can reserve a particular item for you to be picked up later (they may even be willing to get details for FlyBuys Credits over the phone). Good luck.
yeah that's correct. I am in Sydney so don't think I will go outside the 10km limit. But I will try to wait for them to restock it.
on my email they said they have new stock arriving this week
