Far better off buying the originally posted deal (7.6-15kg Dog, 6 Pack $62.95) and cutting them in half.
When buying any worming chew or tablet, you can safely upsize by one size and cut them in half to get the right dosage. Eg. if you have a 5kg dog, buy the 7.6-15kg chew and cut in half to get the right dose for your 5kg furry mate.
Note: If buying a tablet instead of a chew, make sure you use a tablet cutter for accuracy though!
Not a bad idea, I guess the only thing I would be worried about is how do you store it once you open and cut one tablet?
