Has anyone been experiencing issues with the Dreame V10 soft roller head for tiles? The two small wheels on either side seem to get clogged up quite easily which jams them and am finding myself constantly having to spend ages to clean them out so they spin again.
Seems like a bit of a design flaw and wondering if they have released an updated version or if this has been addressed in the V11?
Oh, that's not a half bad idea. I've been concerned popping out the wheels as I'm not sure if they will go back in?
Oh nah I pop them out all the time as my hair kept getting caught in it. Use a flat head screw driver/scissors. You also got to use it to "push" it back in after its clean by aligning it in the hole and push. I just popped the wheels in a baggie and stuck it on the wall so I'll never forget where it is haha

For ages I would use a box cutter and cut away all the hair until I found out I can just pop it out with a flathead screwdriver. that was a marvelous day

Does anyone know where you can buy replacement parts such as the different heads for the Xiaomi?
I have the v9, I took off the small wheels as it kept getting clogged by hair, left the big one at the bottom. Doesn't really affect the use 😊
