Original Coupon Deal

Was going to post this last night when I went on the hunt for UGG Boots and a recent post reminded me to do so. Thought $39 was a decent price delivered given the time of the year. Get it for $1.84 cheaper if using Afterpay through eBay also. $48 if no plus or Afterpay (Still cheaper than recent deal)

Enjoy

Bought a pair. Thanks OP. $40.80 delivered (non ebay plus) with PJULY15 coupon.

I bought with plus, good to know the coupon works for non plus users. Updated title and Desc! Cheers

    • Do they run equal to shoe size?

  • -2

Just for those that are interested.
Woolcomfort is 100% aussie made and owned.
    These and "ugg since 1974"

Most others aren't local and are imports.

    • +1

      From website:

      Australian Made Products*.
Woolcomfort is a 100% Australian owned and operated business with the highest levels of production standards and quality control. All of our quilts are made in Australia with 100% Australian Merino wool.

      Doesn't mention UGG boots.

        Their website states

        Designed in Australia

You can pretty much guarantee that's marketing speak for made in China

        • Yep. Definitely WON'T be buying a pair.

    • +9

There are not 'made in australia', My understanding is the wool is australian - shipped overseas for the boot to be made and then imported back into australia.
The advertising is misleading and they avoid mentioning it is 'made in australia'

      • +1

Yup I agree with all the other comments and pretty much what I was getting at. Misleading marketing.

    • +3

I feel like if they were made in Australia the seller would definitely be advertising that, as that can justify a higher price/convince people to buy local. Since I can't see "made in Australia" anywhere, I have my doubts.

  • +1

Do you guy's believe the RRP $159 lol :) ?

I struggled to pay $20 whatever in a Plus deal .

    • Didn't you know UGG boots and GPU's follow the same market trends?

(no I don't believe the RRP, although I have seen people purchase ridiculously priced UGGs in retail stores)

    • -1

The UGGS Since 1974 boots are even more. I paid $180 for mine and dont regret a thing. They are handmade (they send you a video of them making yours) with aussie wool at the Gold Coast. And I wear them all day nearly everyday in winter. So the RRP could be legit, I don't know much about the Woolcomfort brand, most UGG boots aren't made in Australia despite the company being "Australian owned and operated".

      • in my childhood recollection of seeing mostly surfie chix wearing ugg boots in the 1970s made from reversed sheepskin, they typically start to sag within a year or so before becoming pretty sad sags

I've never bought a pair - so don't know how long they last now or whether they use different materials or reinforcement these daze

        • +7

they typically start to sag within a year or so before becoming pretty sad sags

The ugg boots or the surfie chix from the 70s?

    • Get what you pay for. “Original UGG Boots” Australian-made at $200 - my best ROI ever.

Getting one for the missus, I think this will do well for her often cold feet. Looks like, it's selling quickly too, if the sold count is accurate.

  • I still have after pay voucher so paid 36

    Edit 38

  • +1

    Can these be washed?

  • women size 8 oos :/

    • Almost everything oos now. Went to purchase, clicked back here to get the coupon code, then too late for me

  • +2

Missed out! Pretty much all gone.

  • Anyone got any experience with those heated throws that they've got, like https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/143647555423?

    • +1

Wife/MIL both have one and they are great from all reviews. Possibly not the same one but it looks similar (I think they bought from ALDI). They both use it on the couch while watching TV.

  • OOS

I would never buy the made in China variants even if it is Australian wool. You can spend a few dollars extra and buy Australian made. There is a quality difference from locally made to overseas made.

I really enjoyed this item https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/142847853690?hash=item214265447a… from the same Seller

What's even better is I could only pay $0.83 using the code! What a bargain! LOL

    • Someone bought 20 items for $20? Isn't this item to allow reaching a spend threshold?

    • whats his Make up the price difference?

  • I'd love to buy a pair for around the house but they don't seem to make them in larger sizes :(

fUGG me - I haven't seen mentioned here - but wonder which is the US company who stole our traditional name

AFAIK they BS registered the unregistered name UGG in the US as an international trademark

I read yesterday they ordered a pair from Australia, then claimed breach of trademark when they arrived with UGG on the label

fargen R Souls - an UGGly way to do business - steal Australia's traditional name - and then sue Australians for using it ?

that's reason enough for me to think twice, thrice before ordering any of these f'UGG'en boots

  • +2

    it's in stock again.

  • Somehow code cannot be an applied

  • Can these be returned if they don't fit properly?

    • was thinking the same thing too

    • i read it can, but u pay for shipping :(

  • +2

Don’t get confused with UGG USA made in China/ only a few are made here. and UGG Australia made down under, our small company UGG Australia is a small company but are struggling with this dam American BS.

there’s a ongoing lawsuit with these companies, our UGG can’t be sold worldwide cause of the American version and our can only profit locally, support local and REAL Australian stock with the ausssie green tag.

The small Asian shops that are selling UGG are the American ones they don’t sell the local ones, the ones you see in Sydney CBD

  • what size do i get, i wear 10.5 or 11 US

    10 AU = 11 US = 44 EU, but this graph is showing 11AU = 44 EU

i don't know what to buy, and i don't want to pay for return shipping because its going to come out of pocket for me.

    • +3

If you have eBay plus, return shipping is free. Also, if you pay with PayPal, you can claim return postage so, it's also free.

      • i did neither :(
        i used afterpay

      • wow didn't know paypal you could claim return postage, but i just joined the ebay plus trial
