Saw this new unit being used on a BBQ forum and queried the rep about what it was, and got given a 20% off code for this week only.

It's the premium version of their current IBBQ-4T 4 probe WiFi unit but this has both Bluetooth and WiFi data communication. It also has a larger rechargeable battery capacity. The Bluetooth function would be handy if you don't have WiFi around to use. Still uses the same probes, app etc.

I'm happy with my IBBQ-4T but might try this one in the future for when I'm cooking away from home.

As always, ignore/humour at the poorly photoshopped images.

    Hi everyone, im in the market for a food thermometer, can the probe be left inside the oven while its cooking? Does anyone know how is this compare to the meater one? thanks

      No, the main unit can't go inside the oven / bbq.

      Only the probes.

      Why do you want to put the main unit in the oven?

      Not the same.

      As I mentioned the IBBQ-4T is wifi only. This deal is for their new Bluetooth + wifi unit.
