No, and they're still collecting credit cards… ie not accepting paypal.

        Hi Raybies,
We take the statement that you have made very seriously. It is defamatory and false, as you are alleging that we are 'collecting credit cards'. This is untrue and we would appreciate it if you do not spread misleading negative statements about our small business that we have worked so hard at :). We do not and never have stored sensitive information such as credit cards. We follow the Privacy act 1988 with all of our data. We have decided not to use PayPal as it is too costly and we want to remain competitive in price for our customers, which is our right to do so.

I hope this clears things up for you.

        Kind Regards

        MCCS

You should lookup the definition of "defamatory".
You are implying by your comment that collecting credit cards is a negative activity.

When you get to the size of Amazon then you can avoid employing a 3rd party payment service without it affecting your sales.
Using a credit card payment gateway doesn't change this fact. You are requesting from your customers the entry of their credit card number, when it's entered that becomes collection, because you or the payment gateway can not process it without collecting. Collection and retention of record are different.

Do yourself a favour, abosrb the 3% and stop taking offense at what is evidentiary and of your own making.

@raybies: Dude, familiarise yourself with PCI-DSS standard and then maybe you will realise they are not actually "collecting" credit cards. Credit card details entered into the form on their website are not passed to the vendor, but appear to be passed directly to the payment processor. Any half decent payment processor will be compliant with PCI-DSS and will not store CC details. If they do store them, there are various rules and standards pertaining to encryption and handling of such data. In the meantime stop being a d!ckhead.

      For me; yes.

Good coffee is about $30/kg (sometimes without shipping)

This is a bit of a premium but you're getting to try different types of coffee. Deal comes regularly so you can use to supplement a kg buy, or if you're waiting out for a good kg bargain. Always fresh. Always fast delivery.

And it always sells out, so seems popular enough.
