Cashrewards down? "An Account with That Email Does Not Exist"

I just tried to login with my details, and then with my partner's details… both were incorrect, tried to do a password reset, and I get the notification that "An account with that email does not exist".

Is it down for anyone else?

        Definitely not just you. Thanks for flagging - it's affecting those that are attempting to log in. If already logged in, not an issue. Hopefully sorted soon, and will update here. Thanks again.

      Hi I made a purchase on 13/07 at Sony store, however it doesn’t look like my purchase has been tracked. I can find my click history that I had visited Sony. Will I be able to get you to help me with this? Thank you!

      Update, it did track but at sale value of $0 due to possible payment issue. TA is chasing Sony for the reason.
