Is There Another Instant Transfer App Besides Beem It?

Hi,

My amp and hsbc takes a long time to transfer . So I have been using beem it. i have done a few transfers this month with beem and last month and now when i want to transfer it says "Error ouch, you've hit the $10000 ceiling. ITs only a 30 day limit though. So grab that hard hat and try again in a few days.

I haven't done $10000 this month. Maybe its a combination of last month to this month. So When does it restart back to normal?
What other apps is there for instant transfer?

Hmm, as the app suggested it limits your transfer amount over the past 30 days…

So basically since 14th June - today (14th July), you would be limited to $10000 in allowed transfer amount.

The 30 day-cycle doesn’t reset just coz you are in July now.

    • So how does it work with beem monthly account of $10000. So from tomorrow i can transfer? I can't find it anywhere where it states from what day to what day is expected? So does it mean i have reached $10000 from 14 june -14july, so every month is from 14 to 14? I looked at terms and conditions and all it states is monthly but doesn't specify from what date to what date.

It's from the last 30 day period.

Don’t focus on a specific time period, just go back to ‘30 days’ from today and review your transactions, the aggregate must have reached the $10k limit.

Wait for a few days, the aggregate would inevitably come down and you’ll have more transfer allowance…

I'd suggest moving your banking to some other banks that support fast payments. I've sent $10,000 from Commbank using PayID before.

Move to another bank with PayID/Osko

I don't understand the point of BeemIt. It seems to just be a duplicate of Osko.

anyone in your contact list shows up in beem, and you can pay them money without having to enter any payID info in etc.
you can request money, and split a bill between multiple people quickly.
      I don't mind it.

    • Beem It was the fast payment go-to before PayID/Osko became a thing.

      • Nope. Came after.

It came after it had launched, but before the major banks enabled Osko support. At the time, I believe only ANZ had support for it.

For those not on Osko platform yet, e.g. HSBC.

With Beem It, one can instantly transfer fund onto HSBC Debit card and enjoy 2% cashback.

For many banks, it is considered as an eligible transaction that may be required to enjoy some features.

  • thank you i understand now.

Others have answered your question already, but just also to let you know, there's a really good wiki page here.

For lots of people here, ING is the bank of choice because of no fees, free ATM withdrawals, no intl transaction fees, and they have Osko/PayID for instant transactions.

      • only if you meet the requirements.

        • which are easy to meet.

          • @Typical16-bitEnjoyer: true but there are alternatives that don't have this requirement. only has intl atm fee reimbursment it's main draw. in australia, you'd rarely need to use a non big 4 and redi atm.

HSBC has now some support for instant payments but it doesn't work with all the banks.
The only one I know is working is from Commbank to HSBC.
