Best USB Flash Drive with USB-C Compatibility

Looking for a USB that has:

-both Type-A and Type-C compatibility
-decent speeds
-durable
-no finnicky mechanisms that are prone to breakage.

Confused by how many different USBs are on the market but I would appreciate something that's bang for buck that I can buy in the next few days.

        Haven't tried the new small ones but should be fine. Sandisk are solid.

      Got one of these, can buy from JB hifi as well if need one in a pinch but expect to pay premium.

      Yes i agree this is the only design that had lasted me this long otherwise all other ones will loose their glue to hold one side properly usually the USB c end because its smaller

      So, what is the transfer speed?
      If you transfer > 500MB (bigger the better like an OS ISO file) file what is the write and read speeds?

        About 50MB/s write and higher when read. Can't remember exactly the figure but is much better than other sanddisks I got from officeworks with sub 20MB/s read.

          Just above average speed for a medium priced USB stick.

          I get 170MB/s for write on my old Sandisk Extreme Pro 3.0 64 stick or the newer Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB stick. The 128GB is around the $60 to $65, but you save allot of time if you use it to transfer files allot.

          I also have a cheap 32gb and 64gb that were on special at MSY last year where you got both for $10 and they are only about 7MB/s.

          I find it is better to get a USB that has very good write speed than worry about what interface it uses.

            @AndyC1: Ditto. Write speed is important.

            Single digit write speed from SanDisk USB drives I get from officeworks, eBay made me concerned about counterfeits of this brand on marketplace.

            Genuine SanDisk performance is amazing.
