Nike Mens and Womens Free Run Shoes $49 + $10 Delivery @ Runners Shop

140

Great flexible soled shoes.. Been a popular running shoe over the last 10 or more years. Even better for the gym or just comfortable day use.

  • Very few available sizes

    • Such I shame

      Very few sizes left :(

I would have bought in a heartbeat

  • I can't quite believe these were $170, but I did see them at the store at this price. I'd like to get a zero drop minimalist running shoe but baulk at the premium niche pricing. These have quite the sole compared to earlier iterations of the nike free, but for $49 they're great.

    Note slightly different sizing , i.e.US 8.5 = UK 8 = EU 42, for example.

    • the soles were alot stiffer than previous frees…
felt they were jarring and after 1 run i cant see myself using these even for walking in…

      • I'd agree that they are stiffer and also thicker than my 8 year old nike free 3.0s.

But i seem naturally to be a forefoot runner so landing where the sole is the thinness, so it doesn't bother me. To be honest, I'd be tempted to cut the sole to make it thinner (and effectively less cushioning), if I wasn't sure I'd stuff it up.

I am coming from 8 year old shoes tho. They feel very dead but I don't mind.

dont recommend these if u want cushioning…
they are rock hard… wouldnt be qn issue if they were barefeet soled shoes like the vibrams but theyre not…
