Vodafone is currently running a clearance on mobile phones and on the $19 cap plans for 12 months.
Will I get cash back on this if the transactions are completed online and fully tracked
Please advise as i will make my decision based on this

You shouldn't base you buying decision on cashback due to the various factors that can affect tracking and the policy of the store, particularly in this case where the rep has already indicated that cashback is not applicable.
