Victorinox Wavy Edge Steak and Tomato White. Knife blade is made of high carbon stainless steel with a mirrored polish finish. It is unique anti-slip soft-grip nylon handle. The right blade hardness and the laser-tested cutting angle guarantee high edge retention. Expertly remove pepper seeds, swiftly core an apple, slice a pile of vegetables into sticks or finely dice them. The blade length is 11 cm.

I was looking for the Green colour. My observation is that the Green variant's handle is more comfortable (broader grip) compared to the previous Black one that I started using this knife range unless they have changed the design of the whole range overtime.

  Spotlight $2 Colormix knives have exactly the same cheaply pressed handles and most certainly not 5x times less sharp than Victorinox.

    1/5th the sharpness is the better way of saying that. And I would say the Victorinox proprietary steel blend, heat treatment and grind are definitely worth the extra $5. These knives cut so much better than generic cheapies, and for much much longer. Plus they're a great company.
    I'm not associated with Victorinox, just love their work and history.
