  • Yep, buy a cheap memory foam pillow for your kids and let them breath in all the toxic fumes every night

It's probably more than they deserve… brats.

If more parents gave their idiot kids a smack in the head and worried less about fumes and such, perhaps we would not be infested with sullen slack-jawed (creepily non-robust) teens today.

I shudder at the prospect of the teens in 15 years' time - then we will see the pallid callow results of the confluence of 'baby bonus' subsidy of the breeding of the dregs, plus over-sensitivification (it is too a word) and cotton-woolifyng of every child's every breath.

Never did me any harm… lol

      fnord.

  • Mmmmmm - budget grade!

  • What do you guys think of memory foam pillows? I haven't slept properly since I bought my expensive ones a few months ago… Am I using them wrong???

    • I have 2 @ home. One expensive one cheap, but didn't like neither of them.

    • I have two as well but I like them. Since I got them I don't wake up with a sore neck.
My partner puts a small/thin pillow under hers as they are a bit thin for some people.

  • Thanks, but I remember they ahve been selling these pillows for a long time and did mention that the pillow smells so it has to be take out for few days to reduce the smells. Also their description: "budget grade" and "they'd actually make a great pillow for your dog" doesn't sounds it is an ideal pillow for kids.

I have some expensive tempur pillows, $160+. I bought a coupel of different types of pillows and the tempur where the best. Might get another one as my wife steals mine.

They take getting used to and you may need different shapes depending on your neck and shoulders.

Good ones are great once you spend a night or two on them.

You spend 8 hours per day in bed, so don't skimp on pillows.

  • Memory foam pillow?

I can't sleep on the same part of the pillow night after night because it starts thinning out and needs to be fluffed up. I don't see myself ever being able to use a memory foam pillow. Sounds wayy too uncomfortable.

    • This is why you get a memory foam pillow, because they are firm and don't thin out but instead conform to your head.
      Try it out one day.
