    THis is dimmable - the nice thing about these is that they are like the old filament bulbs in how the present the light. I use these in Standng lamps only - don;t use them as a room light as they prob won't be bright enough -they have other bulbs for that.

  I love these so much - the warmth of the lights is lovely for standign lamps etc. i don't recommend them for room lights.
