  • So do these offer some form of automation (like speed 5 20 sec, then change heat and speed) or do they just show a recipe on the screen?

    • +1

When the chip is attached to your CookKey, it sends the commands to the Thermomix when you select a recipe. So it will guide you through the steps, including speed, temperature and time.

  • It’s a good deal, but please be aware these are generally displayed in local language not English… it’s still fine if u can read it

They offer the usual guides , Eg insert ingredient X, press next, turn speed to 5 for 7 minutes etc… it’s more guided than simply displaying the recipe… in fact I’m not even sure they can display while the whole recipe, although I’m pretty sure they can display ingredients list

    • There is a function that allows you to look at the whole recipe before starting.

  • Warning that the German, Spanish, Polish chips are just the regular Basic Cookbook chip in those languages (Not English). Unfortunately they are not a list of basic recipes from those countries.

The festive chip sounds fun though

Haha, the Thermomix scam gets better. Your blender/kettle will now take recipe 'chips'.

    • Don't roast it until you've tried it.

      • Does it roast as well?

  • need to add shipping to title - 8.95 to metro melb
