I was glad I chose the full day of training over the half day. Very practical and heaps of fun on the skid pan.
If you don't mind a bit of a roadtrip, I would highly recommend Roadcraft in Gympie: https://www.roadcraft.org.au/ . They are a not for profit organisation that have their own facilities. They even train the Qld Ambulance service.
