Yeah. When you want to play you'll need the client. My comment is only to help ppl like me who want to redeem via mobile thus dont have the client installed.

Couldn't download on EA desktop for some reason so doing through Origin client
EA desktop is still a joke, sometimes they crash sometimes they work like a charm. I do like the interface though. Hopefully they will come out of Beta version soon.
only use it for Apex (barely used overall…) but haven't experienced any issues, and yeah agree the interface is really nice and modern as opposed to Origin haha
Hope it will fill AU servers. I have not seen any server populated in recent months. BF4 servers are mostly full and have more players compared to even BFV. EA royally f****d BFV with hackers to a point its not fun to play.
Do you have your server browser filters set correctly? I thought this but after I changed the filters i could see lots of local populated servers.
Interesting. I uninstalled the game, but will try again. Anytime I saw TheBrokenMachine's youtube videos for BF1, I tried playing it with no luck in the past.
i play regularly, there are about 4 dedicated servers each night which are always filled to the brim
I think the key thing to check in the server browser is that under custom filters "free slots" is set to: None, 1-5,6-10 & 10+, make sure "All" is unticked.
Even though it will show a lot more servers (hundreds) with All selected it will for some reason quite often not show the popular populated oceanic servers.
It is also handy to go though advanced filters, maps etc and make sure they are all blank not "on" or off" so they don't get get filtered.
Filters: oceanic, free slots" is set to: None, 1-5,6-10 & 10
We have 3-4 full oceanic servers on every night for BF1.
Bunch of ozbargainers on A1 and ACE servers every night.
Oh A1 clan… They thrash other side. Remember playing other battlefield games with few of A1 players.

wow…can i ask you guys why my prime membership is not showing prime gaming for me ? When i go to gaming I am not logged in there. and it is not letting me in either.
For BF4 I accidentally signed up to Prime then claimed the game anyways, then I quit Prime few minutes later and only charged me pro-rata ~$0.60 AUD. Lol. I guess I'll try Prime for this month though, for some films.

That would mean I could sign up every time games I like are there, then claim them, and then cancel and pay $0.60 for the privilege. That would be fantastic. Just like a new form of HB.
Yep it worked but not sure for multiple times. My mistake I actually got charged $0.21 AUD. Got the email on 3/6/2021:
"Dear —————
As you requested, we've canceled your Amazon Prime membership.
