I need to purchase a citizen navihawk or a night hawk watch..
Any idea where I can find the cheapest

These guys (http://www.entique.com.au/products.aspx?manufacturer=Citizen ) may not be the cheapest but are in Aus and are still cheaper then retail.
I have purchased a few watches from them in the past and never had an issue.

No idea on the specific model that you're after, but a few of the hawks on this site are on backorder.
