Good morning all. Just wondering anyone been hit hard from the recent lockdown in NSW. I have been stood down since last Saturday, applied for the Covid relief on Tuesday and so far still hasn't gotten anything from centrelink. I know a few people already got theirs within 2-3 days.
Anyone who applied for it facing the same issue? It's causing me anxiety as I have many things still need to pay soon.
How easy was the application process?
It's somewhat random. Some ppl get it within hours, others are still waiting after 4 days. If you give Centrelink a call, they can finish processing it while on the phone and you get the money in your bank the next of not the same day. But expect to be on hold for up to an hour and be forwarded to another team once or twice.

I applied for my mum and she got the full $600 in their bank account within 3 hours of submission.
