Do you have anything that reads over 300degC?
I have one of these and love using it for normal cooking, but recently have been cooking pizzas in my Kamado and it would be nice to know the actual temp. All I know is it is well over 300degC! Nice crispy crust using a pizza stone!
Sorry not sure, but you should just get one of those laser temp guns. You just want to get a pit temp reading right, and not the pizza temp?

how does the inkbird IBT-4XC go against the IBBQ-4T? any app or function difference?
I'm pretty sure the 4XC is Bluetooth only. No wifi. Otherwise same use aglnd same app
